Processing Time ：All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship to the United States.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking： Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages： If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@havnmade.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
